Stephanie Ayala*

Stephanie Ayala has served as Pier 1 Imports Manager of Health-Welfare & Associate Services since 2008 and is responsible for benefit strategies, plan design, cost, and administration of Pier 1 Imports’ health, welfare and relocation plans. Ms. Ayala has played an integral role in establishing voluntary benefits program for Pier 1 Imports.

Prior to joining Pier 1 Imports she served as the Senior Manager, Benefits and Compensation for The Bombay Company, Inc. in Fort Worth, Texas. With over 15 years experience, she has established herself as one of the leaders in the Employee Benefits field. She is currently a member of SHRM and the International Foundation of Employee Benefits and the North Texas Relocation Association.
