Carol Jula*

Carol Jula is the Director of HR with Select Energy Services.   She is responsible for designing a comprehensive benefit package for more than 3000 employees in multi states.   She not only selects and designs the benefit package, she meets and helps educate the team members to fully understand their benefit plans.    Select Energy Services is a quality oil and gas service company, with a strong commitment to customer service.  Select includes an array of companies offering services and supplies to oil and gas producers in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Colorado, West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.   Carol has more than 18 years experience in the HR arena and holds a Bachelors degree from Central Texas College.
